• Coordinate the order fulfillment process in our ERP software in
order to make sure daily orders are all sent accurately and on-time
to our customers;
• Monitor the logistics services of our 3PL partners to meet
customer expectations;
• Oversight of the inventory management across multiple locations,
including 3PLs & FBA inventory;
• Conduct reporting and data analysis within the existing KPIs;
• Analyze and report on logistics and operational performance;
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals;
