focused, organized and
communicative problem-solvers for the role of Disputes Support
Assistant with German
(Hybrid/Backoffice).
* Handling and resolving customer issues/disputes promptly and
escalating when necessary;
* Utilizing technology tools and systems, including SAP, for
accurate CTC data;
* Providing supporting documentation to customers and managing
follow-up issues;
* Delivering high-quality services and adhering to company
policies;
* Assisting and advising team members and offering feedback to the
disputes team lead;
* Documenting and updating disputes work instructions and striving
to improve processes;
* Gathering data for audits, building strong relationships with
stakeholders, and liaise with
business units’ finance teams and other departments;
* Fostering positive relationships with business units and ensuring
smooth deployment of
disputes processes in the shared services center.
