Responsibilities:
· Optimization of the structure of the company
· Development of the plans for the company and Departments
· Control of accomplishment of plans by the company in general and
individual Departments
· Control of the status of projects and services (ensuring projects
delivered on time and within budget)
· Weekly control of key performance indicators
· Run weekly management and team meetings
· Sign contracts with vendors and clients
· Control of company finances
· Control of financial and legal reporting
· Approval of payments according to the weekly schedule
· Risk management (Identify potential operational risks and
implement mitigation strategies)
· Development of new company policies
· Ensuring that the company has the necessary personnel and
resources to perform its operations
· Determining/optimizing the salary/compensation system
· Managing and mentoring personnel
· Direct management of several functions: HR Manager, Finance
Manager, Operations / Quality Control Manager, Commercial Director
