For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality
outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are
looking for - Customer Support Specialist with English.

Отговорности

*Respond to customer questions via phone, chat, or email in a clear and friendly way;
*Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs and providing the right solutions;
*Troubleshoot common issues and guide customers step-by-step;
*Follow company procedures to handle requests efficiently and accurately;
*Record customer interactions and feedback in internal systems;
*Collaborate with team members to solve more complex cases and improve service.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Strong English skills - both written and spoken;
*Excellent communication and active listening abilities;
*Ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure;
*Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks;
*A positive attitude and a passion for helping people;
*Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not required.
