For one of our clients – a leader in digital solutions and AI automation, enhancing global
brand experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Customer
Support Specialist with Danish or Spanish with English (day or night shifts).

Отговорности

*Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels (phone, email, chat;
*Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and technical problems in Danish/Spanish and English;
*Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience;
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback;
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues;
*Identify common issues or trends and escalate them to management for further analysis;
*Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers and contribute to the
company`s success.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Fluency in Danish or Spanish and English (both written and spoken);
* Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset;
* Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus;
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team setting;
* Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities;
*Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment;
*Willingness to learn and grow in the customer service industry.
