Responsibilities

What you'll do as a Sport Support Associate:

Assist customers with sports product inquiries via phone and chat
Provide accurate information and keep detailed case records
Focus on customer satisfaction and expectations
Help achieve individual and team performance goals

Requirements and necessary skills

Speak fluent Polish and English
Have a customer service mindset
Possess excellent communication skills
Are proficient in typing and PC use
Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
