For our sister company in Bulgaria (Gimatic Bulgaria EOOD) and
office based in Plovdiv we are looking for Customer Service Support
Assistant with the following ability.
The perfect candidate has:
• Listen and respond to customers queries via phone and/or
e-mail
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients’
requests
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Front office accounting knowledge
• Issuing invoices and offers to customers
• experience with ERP system will be an advantage
