For our sister company in Bulgaria (Gimatic Bulgaria EOOD) and office based in Plovdiv we are looking for Customer Service Support Assistant with the following ability.

Responsibilities

The perfect candidate has:
• Listen and respond to customers queries via phone and/or e-mail
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients’ requests
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Front office accounting knowledge
• Issuing invoices and offers to customers
• experience with ERP system will be an advantage

Requirements and necessary skills

To have a good level of English
• To enjoy communication with people and resolve cases
• To have a friendly personality
• Experience with MS Office products like Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
• Previous work experience in a similar administrative role will be advantage
• To be a self-motivated and outgoing person
• To be responsible for the growth, development and support of existing customers and identifying and securing new customers
