- Consult with customers by telephone and via email to provide
information on order status, shipping inquiries, products, pricing,
and availability.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while
actively listening and recording their concerns.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues,
and provide solutions.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers by
offering assistance and support to find the best resolution.
- Provide follow-up on customer inquiries.
- Keep records and update customer information within the company
database.
- Collaborate closely with a small team to ensure a seamless
customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Assist with any returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Meet company standards for calls in areas such as quality,
volume, and accuracy.
