Job Description

Handling incoming customer inquiries for the leading European telecom provider
Focusing on selling additional services and products
Providing quick and friendly responses to customer concerns
Analytical problem-solving and prioritization skills

Qualifications

Excellent German language skills (B2H / C1)
A passion for helping customers and contributing to team success
Analytical thinking and self-motivation
BPO/Call Center experience is an advantage
