• Processing customer returns.
• Communication with clients and colleagues from other
departments.
• Creating internal complaints.
• Performing analysis and evaluation of the current situation;
forming a team to investigate the root cause of any issues.
• Completing A3 and 8D reports.
• Working with technical documentation and drawings.
