On behalf of our trusted client, a manufacturing company, we are seeking to hire a CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER

Отговорности

• Processing customer returns.
• Communication with clients and colleagues from other departments.
• Creating internal complaints.
• Performing analysis and evaluation of the current situation; forming a team to investigate the root cause of any issues.
• Completing A3 and 8D reports.
• Working with technical documentation and drawings.

Изисквания и необходими умения

• Engineering education;
• Attention to detail and good teamwork skills;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and interpreting drawings;
• High level of English.
