Specialist (French & English) – Standard shifts.
* Handling partners and customers requests and inquiries;
* Offering solutions in line with guidelines and according
priority;
* Taking a professional approach to all cases, showing
understanding and patience in order
to achieve partner and customer satisfaction;
* Encouraging positive behavior in partners by providing regular
feedback until the issued
has been resolved;
* Ensuring that partners are abiding the Portal usability
rules;
* Taking on billing related tasks and caring on according to
company’s guidelines.
