The significance of your rolе:

Our Finance and Accounting Team is a key ingredient of our success in planning and carrying out strategic and operational processes in Bulgaria and Serbia. As our Group continues to grow, we are now expanding our group reporting department. We are Looking for a detail-oriented, highly analytical Consolidation Accountant to be a part of a Group accounting and reporting team that provides support multiple business units. The Consolidation Accountant will perform moderately complex accounting assignments, such as analyzing financial information, preparing analytics, resolving accounting discrepancies, reviewing, and verifying the accuracy of accounting records and various other assigned duties. Interested candidates should possess at least 3 years of accounting experience (experience in group reporting is a big plus); strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with ERP and Reporting software; and be proficient in MS Office products, advanced Excel skills.

What we expect from you:

• To take part in preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS and in compliance with the Group accounting policy
• To perform multiple consolidation records and to follow established consolidation principles and procedures, while ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting deadlines
• To verify that the contents of all accounts for subsidiaries are correct and adjust as necessary
• To verifies the proper application of accounting standards and participate in solving complex accounting cases
• To contribute to the development and implementation of unified accounting rules and practices
• Works with the Consolidation Supervisor to ensure proper and timely period closing

Тhe skills and competencies required for the rolе:

• Our gold medalist will have at least 3 years of extensive accounting working experience
• They will also have a demonstrated and successful experience in Group consolidation processes as well as sound IFRS knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Experience with ERP systems, experience with SAP will be a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met
• Excellent command of Russian (written and spoken)
• Good command of English (written and spoken) will be a plus
• As this role have international exposure, professional experience with multiple countries and subsidiaries will add value to the application
• Excellent knowledge of MS office tools (Word, Excel and Outlook)
