For our office in Sofia we are looking to hire:
Compensation and Benefits Expert (m/f)
What will you do
Participation in the preparation and implementation of the
company's HR strategy with regards to compensation and
benefits.
Presenting the Compensation and benefits strategy to the Management
Board.
Tracking compensation and benefits benchmarking data.
Performing regular analysis of the employees’ compensation levels
and plays a crucial role in the personnel cost budgeting
process.
Participation in the overall process of the annual planning and
budgeting of all HR related costs.
Ensuring our compensation plans comply with internal requirements
and legislation.
Salary ranges calculations.
Preparation of job analyses, classifications, and job grading based
on the company specifics and local market.
Calculation and analysis of key HR metrics (FTE, overtime, leave,
turnover).
Participation in the evaluation of suppliers of benefits
(insurances, food vouchers, others).
Creating HR reports (KPIs, corporate, etc.) and presentations for
business decision making process.
Making and implementing proposals for improvement: related to
automation of reports or processes, etc.
What we expect from you
Required Skills and Experience:
University degree – preferably in economics, mathematics,
statistics, or data science.
At least 3 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits
expert or similar role.
Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle
management.
Thorough understanding of data management and strategic
analysis.
Advanced Excel skills, experience in using SAP HR will be an
advantage.
Keen eye for detail, excellent data visualization skills.
Fluent in English (B2 – C1), proficiency in German would be
considered an advantage.
Personality:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis
systems.
Excellent understanding of corporate business environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate
data.
Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set
priorities.
Positive and proactive attitude and the ability to cope well under
pressure.
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced and very dynamic
environment.
Ability to deal effectively in high pressure and in dynamic
situations with a large degree of autonomy.
Ability to work in a complex environment with different levels and
participants and find interconnections in processes.
