Cloud Support Engineer

You will be responsible for critical incidents related to cloud products, which include monitoring, participation in the process of problem management and resolution, and also implementation of continuous improvement tasks.

Experience:

- University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant experience;
- Good knowledge of monitoring tools;
- Excellent understanding of Linux OS and Networking;
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies - IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Cloud Foundry or Kubernetes;
- Fluency in English - at least B2 level;
- Willingness to work on shifts.

Experience working with customer tickets is considered a great plus.
