capable individuals for the role of
Claims Specialist with German and English (Hybrid model).
* Adhering to preset rules and regulations while handling and
settling claims;
* Supporting customers with insurance related issues and striving
to meet their expectations;
* Investigating details relating to the claim;
* Requesting additional relevant info from various parties;
* Accumulating and recording data, deciding about coverage and
insurance;
* Communicating regularly with customers and relevant parties and
keeping the information
loop closed at all times;
* Striving to achieve positive work atmosphere by cooperating and
supporting colleagues.
