Card Services Back-Office Specialist with German, French, Italian, Spanish or Russian

Main Responsibilities:

Supporting clients at all levels via email or chat;
Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate users from international companies;
Utilizing a dedicated internal software system for data management and storage;
Establishing client trust and satisfaction through professional service.
