For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Call Centre Agent with
Czech or Polish or Hungarian and English.

Отговорности

*Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers, providing clear and helpful assistance;
*Resolve basic customer inquiries related to products, services, or orders in a timely and professional manner;
*Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when needed;
*Accurately log interactions and maintain customer records in the system;
*Follow company procedures and quality standards to ensure a consistent customer experience;
*Identify customer needs and, when appropriate, suggest relevant products or services.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in Czech or Polish, or Hungarian, plus good command of English (written and spoken);
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset;
*Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support role is preferred;
*Basic computer literacy and ability to work with different systems;
*Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure;
*Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment is a plus, especially in
handling inquiries efficiently and professionally.
