Responsibilities
Customer Support, Help Desk and Ticketing: managing calls, emails,
tickets in Bulgarian and English language.
Requirements and necessary skills
Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian language (written and spoken).
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
Good computer skills.
Customer-oriented attitude.
With or without previous experience.
Spirit of teamwork.
Flexibility in the scheduling of hours.
Availability for Day/Evening shifts.
