Job Description
• You want to be part of a team which is responsible for providing
an excellent customer care service to the clients of the airline
company – via phone and email
• You have great communication skills, and you would be happy to
support customers with reservations and flight changes in a polite
and professional manner

As airline representative of a well-recognized company, our

their reservation queries. Our role is to deliver a reliable and

• Provide extensive care to customers and resolving their
queries
• Provide advice on the flight’s availability and packages
• Expanding our network of loyal customers
Qualifications
• Excellent German skills (B2 or higher)
• Excellent English skills (B2 or higher)
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential data with strict adherence to
privacy policies
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment
