Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our
team as an Airline Reservation Specialist. This role is perfect for
individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a
keen interest in the travel industry. You will be responsible for
providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them with
their airline reservations, and ensuring they have a pleasant
experience throughout the process. Proficiency in both French and
English is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer support by handling inquiries related
to flight reservations, ticket changes, and cancellations via phone
or email.
Assist customers in planning and booking their travel itineraries,
ensuring all needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and
promotions to provide accurate information and options to
customers.
Resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner, ensuring
customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with other departments as necessary to solve complex
issues and deliver seamless service.
Record and manage customer details and interactions accurately in
the company database.
Contribute to team goal achievement by actively participating in
team meetings and sharing best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the
travel or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to
changing priorities.
Proficient in using computer systems and navigating various
software applications.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a relevant field is a
plus.
