experienced Administrative Coordinator with English.
*Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and handle incoming
calls and correspondence;
*Assist the CEO with administrative tasks, scheduling, and relevant
requests;
*Support the Office Manager with day-to-day operations and office
coordination;
*Maintain office supplies, records, and ensure a well-organized
workspace;
*Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry, document
preparation, and meeting
arrangements.
