To expand our team, we are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) –
in Bulgaria, starting immediately.
Your Role in our team:
• No cold calling! You advise caregivers who have expressed
interest and build your own pipeline.
• You discuss possible care assignments with caregivers and support
them with transitions and emergencies.
• You independently manage your caregiver base and act as their
main point of contact throughout their assignment.
• You maintain regular contact with caregivers and conduct
satisfaction surveys regarding the families they assist.
• You provide best practices for conflict resolution to
caregivers.
• You collaborate closely with our international teams.
• To continuously improve internal processes and customer
experience, you provide constructive feedback based on your
experiences.
