- Define the price of your labor and competences
In the beginning you should do some research work for the salary levels of the job positions and industries you are interested in. Do not disregard the city you are situated in. Check the websites and all informal channels that can provide that kind of information. But remember, during the interview it is better not to cite your sources in order to avoid any conflicts with the interviewer.
- Take the initiative and control the negotiations
