For our partner, an international company, we are seeking for a
dedicated and experienced proffesional to join their online casino
team for the role of
VIP Manager (Online Casino)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and nurture strong relationships with high-value players to
enhance their overall experience and maximize their lifetime
value;
Develop and implement a comprehensive VIP player management
strategy to drive player retention, loyalty, and engagement;
Monitor and analyze the gaming activity and behavior of VIP players
to tailor offers, rewards, and promotions that match their
preferences;
Proactively engage with VIP players through various communication
channels, providing personalized recommendations and
assistance;
Collaborate with the CRM and marketing teams to design and execute
targeted campaigns for VIP players;
Act as the main point of contact for VIP players, addressing their
inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally;
Coordinate exclusive VIP events, promotions, and tournaments to
further engage and reward high-value players;
Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate
processing of VIP player withdrawals, bonuses, and incentives;
Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding VIP
player activity, preferences, and overall satisfaction;
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor
activities related to VIP player management;
Handle and resolve any escalations or issues raised by VIP players
in a timely and effective manner;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer
support, marketing, and finance, to deliver a seamless VIP
experience;
Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and
ethical conduct in all interactions with VIP players.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a VIP Manager or a similar role within the
online casino or iGaming industry;
Strong understanding of player behavior, preferences, and
motivations, especially among high-value players;
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and insights from
VIP player data;
Outstanding communication skills for engaging and interacting with
VIP players effectively;
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving player
retention and engagement;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple VIP player
relationships simultaneously;
Flexibility to accommodate irregular working hours to cater to VIP
player needs;
Knowledge of online casino games, promotions, and player
incentives;
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to player
satisfaction.
