Support Representative with German (REMOTE).
* Deliver exceptional support to B2B clients through phone, chat,
and email channels;
* Identify and resolve technical issues involving laptops,
desktops, tablets, printers, mobile
devices, routers, and Microsoft Office applications;
* Provide Level 1 solutions while maintaining a professional and
supportive approach;
* Forward more complex cases to the responsible teams;
* Working closely with others and cultivating good relationships
