Описание на позицията

The Solution Specialist – Treasury role shall be responsible for the below mentioned areas of work but is not limited to the below responsibilities:
• Project management - Managing the Treasury project from end to end Including
- Scope management
- Phase management
- Project team management
- Stakeholder management
• Business Analysis - Analyzing business needs and setting up the system on treasury activities which includes cash management, bank communication and accounting

Main Activities:
•Collect and prioritize requirements and static data with the Business
• Present the Core Model
• Conduct and guarantee the proper quality of Gap Analysis performed by the project team (or editor / integrator in case of solicitation from provider)
• Lead the gap arbitration with Business and assess the lock the scope
• Organize and plan Design phase workshop with project team (or editor / integrator)
• Ensure quality of Design workshop support material and meetings
• Organize / Attend / Co-animate / Bring functional added value expertise during design functional and technical workshops (functional and interfaces)
• Amend in case needed and help company validate project team or editor deliverables (functional specification, migration strategy document, integration design documents, etc.) in case of solicitation from provider
• Ensure the solution is validated by the Core Model team
• Working with Business Functional managers and key users to ensure that the Design meets business needs and operational day-to-day constraints
• Setup the system with the project team
• Elaborate the test strategy, prepare the test cases with project team and follow-up the test phases (IT and UATs)
• Organize and perform training with Key / End users
• Prepare the Go / No go, cutover meeting and organize the go-live migration with project team
• Present the support organization and Perform Hypercare support
• Manage project team and follow up the project (planning, issues, risks, roles and responsibilities, next steps, etc.)
• Work with project team and follow up editor work on a daily basis in case of solicitation from provider
• Prepare, organize and animate the project steering committees
• Understand Global application landscape and flows between systems

Experience and skills:
• Master in Finance, IT, Engineering or equivalent
• Proven project management experience in finance projects. Experience in treasury domain is a plus
• Proven project management skills (scope and quality management, resource management, issue management, stakeholder management)
• Strong solution skills (deep understanding on functional business process in finance domain, solution design and configuration experience).
• Experience with solutions like FIS Quantum / Trax, Treasury systems, SAP, Microsoft AX is a plus
• Good capacity of analysis, synthesis and communication (written and oral)
• Strong people management skills – ability to guide people through clear objectives, coach and motivate
• Be fluent in English, written and spoken
• Have a cross cultural mind set to be able to work with interlocutors from all regions across the world
