For our client, a distributor of UPS and energy storage systems, we are looking for a Service Engineer to join their dynamic team.


Responsibilities:

• Installation, warranty, and post-warranty maintenance of the delivered machines.
• Training customers in operating, programming, and servicing the machines.
• Preparing offers for spare parts.
• Ordering spare parts from the manufacturers of the machines being offered.
• Tracking and managing spare parts inventory.
• Maintaining regular contact with our customers.
• Monitoring industry innovations related to the role.
• Analyzing work results with clients and foreign partners, resolving issues.


Requirements:

• Higher education – an engineer in electronics or a related field.
• Knowledge of servicing mechanical components and details.
• Strong command of English – both written and spoken.
• Computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service engineer in electronics, IT, or a closely related field.
• Good communication skills, initiative, and a desire to work in a team.
• Strong motivation, good organization, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Driving license.
