For one of our clients – a company operating in a wide range of fields. We are on a lookout for team-focused, determined and results-oriented people for the role of Remote Technical Care Assistant with Italian, Polish, Hebrew, Dutch, Czech or German and English.

Отговорности

* Serving as the first point of contact for both prospective and existing clientele;
* Collaborating with team members and contributing to group targets and goals;
* Handling a wide range of issues (technical and administrative) and offering effective solutions and guidance;
* Striving to meet deadlines and supporting smooth operations;
* Maintaining accurate records of new cases and ensuring the accuracy of existing logs;
* Escalating complex cases as per company protocols.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Proficiency in one of the main languages and a strong command of English;
* Familiarity with mobile and desktop applications and basic understanding of common wireless connectivity and configuration;
* Team-oriented mindset and determination to achieve targets and show results;
* Proven track record of troubleshooting abilities is advantageous;
* Preferable experience in a contact center setting or customer-facing role.
