Non-Voice Support with German/Greek/ Italian/ Croatian or French (New Project!)

Main responsibilities:

Interacting with clients exclusively through email and live chat to discuss the company's products;
Keeping players informed about new requirements and upcoming bonuses;
Working closely with internal company departments;
Offering prompt assistance to address requests.

Job requirements:

Fluency in German/ Greek/ Italian/ Croatian or French(C1);
Excellent level of English (B2);
Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage;
