* Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and handling
customer inquiries from
start to finish;
* Gathering information necessary to resolve cases and ensuring
accurate and timely
resolution;
* Providing customers with guidance and helping them during the
resolution process;
* Working with specialized software interacting with hundreds of
processes;
* Collaborating and communicating with the management team and
technical engineers,
experts, and other team members to confirm further need steps (if
necessary);
* Maintain documentation for each processed inquiry, safeguarding
confidential and sensitive
