The role and duties:
• Provides business focused as well as specific product expertise for client assignments
• Represents the client in an effective and professional manner in customer-facing engagements
• Guarantees the effective implementation of products with respect to the client requirements

• Configure the company solution in accordance with the Solution Design
• Participate in test planning, document test plans, and test conditions; perform solution testing, document test results, and assist with defect resolution
• Constructing solutions in supplementary technologies to company solution e.g. database scripting, report writing, javascripting etc.
• Be available and approachable as application/training/support resource during implementation and training
• Leads training sessions for clients and/or partners
• Contribute to peer network through which to provide and receive solution and skills best practices
• Contribute to 100% customer satisfaction by providing timely and functional solutions

Acting as a project team member:
• Consistently communicates and tracks progress on his/her assigned tasks
• Participation in project scrums internal and external
• Reports progress to the client and the assigned project lead

Technical skills:
• Strong experience configuring solutions on large-scale pricing, SCM, CRM, CPQ or ERP implementations
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience with Salesforce
• Good understanding of XML/XPath, HTML/CSS and object-oriented programming language (Java, .NET)
• Exposure to distributed 3-tier architecture, ideally J2EE
• Previous SaaS or Cloud based Software Experience is a plus
• Knowledge of a scripting language such as VBA, PHP or Javascript or similar will be considered as an advantage
• Dynamics CRM Customization and Configuration certification is also a plus

• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and to offer exemplary customer service
• Strong customer focus, excellent teamwork abilities, integrity, and relationship-building skills
• Time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to be flexible and creative
• Experience with project management tools
• Previous consulting experience is preferred
• Fluent English with ability to travel Up to 40% throughout EMEA
