Responsibilities

o You will act as a trainer and knowledge base to our Distributors in Bulgaria
o Take part in various events – internally and externally throughout the country
o Steer the Distributor`s sales team managers and up their skills and knowledge
o Jointly prepare marketing campaigns, sales campaigns, roadshows & webinars
o Work in close collaboration with the international teams on joint group projects

Requirements and necessary skills

o Have a degree in Finance or Marketing
o At least 3 years of experience in sales – an advantage if as a financial adviser or financial team leader
o Good command of English
o Good knowledge on the global financial markets
o Excellent presentation skills – MS Power Point mastery expected
o Good data modelling skills – MS Excel adequate command a must
o An investment consultant license (or CFA certificate) shall be considered as an advantage
o Be proactive and self-governing
