Role Overview:
The Digital Sales and Marketing team facilitates seamless
connections between customers and the company's products and
services within the digital realm. This dynamic team oversees
strategic planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of the
customer journey across our digital ecosystem. We are currently
seeking a Digital Customer Experience Specialist to join our
innovative team. As part of this group, you will play a pivotal
role in the ongoing evolution of our digital channels, particularly
focusing on enhancing our award-winning Yettel App. You will
actively contribute to various company projects related to digital
customer engagement and satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Participate in projects for delivery on the Yettel App roadmap,
drive cross-functional teams (internal and external) for
implementing new Digital Customer Journeys and optimizing existing
ones
• Define UX/UI for new functionalities implementation in the Yettel
App by Wireframing and Prototyping desired intuitive digital
flows
• Collaborate with developers and UX designers to improve
usability
• Lead the process of gathering and preparing business requirements
and functional specifications based on customers’ insights and
business needs
• Create and keep up-to-date the back-log for the Yettel App and
participate in features prioritization & roadmap creation
processes
• Manage Yettel App releases and plan corresponding roll-out
activities in Android & iOS App stores.
• Plan and execute go-to-market activities
• Monitor and analyze Yettel App KPIs on a daily, weekly &
monthly basis and provide suggestions for improvement
What we would expect from you:
• Tech-Savvy Professional with Practical Expertise: Proficient in
Front-end and Back-end development, with demonstrated practical
experience in Telecommunications, IT, Marketing, Economy, or
related fields.
• Strategic Architectural Understanding: Deep understanding and
hands-on experience in diverse domains like Mobile App & Web UX
design, with the ability to envision and plan robust architectural
solutions.
• Effective Leadership and Project Management: Demonstrated
leadership abilities with practical experience in roles such as
Product Owner, Mobile App/Web portal manager, or e-commerce
manager. Proficiency in overseeing release processes in Android
& iOS App stores.
• Analytical and Proactive Approach: Strong analytical thinking
with the ability to recognize edge and corner cases. Proactive and
self-driven attitude towards driving tasks to successful
implementation.
• Effective Communication and Collaboration: Excellent presentation
skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different
organizational departments. Highly creative, innovative, and
cooperative team player.
• Language Proficiency and Additional Skills: Fluent in English.
Knowledge of relevant software tools such as MS Office, Adobe
Photoshop, Wireframing & Bug reporting tools is
advantageous.
