Paid training: 4 weeks + 4 weeks nesting
1. Answering inquiries from patients, healthcare professionals, and
other stakeholders via phone, email, or online chat.
2. Assisting patients with appointment scheduling, prescription
refills, and insurance inquiries.
3. Providing information about healthcare services, medical
procedures, and treatment options.
4. Resolving issues related to billing, insurance claims, and
payment processing.
5. Offering support and guidance to patients experiencing medical
emergencies or seeking urgent care.
6. Collaborating with healthcare providers and medical staff to
coordinate patient care and address specific needs.
7. Ensuring compliance with patient privacy laws and regulations,
such as HIPAA, when handling sensitive medical information.
8. Documenting interactions with patients and maintaining accurate
records of customer inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.
9. Following up with patients to ensure their satisfaction and
address any ongoing concerns or needs.
10. Continuously updating knowledge of healthcare industry trends,
policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date
information to customers.
