For one of our trusted clients – leading international company,
which operates successfully on the Bulgarian market, we are looking
for motivated Accounts Payable Specialist with French.
- Process invoices in an accurate and efficient manner according to
company policies
- Support with processing invoices through both workflow systems
and financial applications
- Manage non-purchase order invoice images to appropriate
associates for approval
- Verify completeness, accuracy, including ensuring proper backup
and necessary approvals for AP invoices prior to posting
- Check and verify supplier documentation to be compliant for the
country legal tax requirements
- Perform regular and urgent payment runs, investigate and correct
payment rejections and support the
- Treasury function
- Prioritize invoices and payments according to vendor terms while
ensuring timely payments are made and process rush checks as
required
- Support period end process and reporting
